Monks

Washington, DC--Not so common to see them walking around the District. They seemed happy and enjoying the city.

I could imagine that this could be a rare sight in D.C. Great capture, Luis.

A very different kind of life and a curiosity in our country, I suppose, regardless of what city they're in.

I cannot recall seeing Buddhist monks in your city whenever I have visited. Nice to see.

I do like the colours that monks often wear. The one in the middle could with a good feed.

So peaceful looking.

I don't think I have ever seen monks in Connecticut. Back in Boston in the '70s, the hare krishnas were everywhere, but they don't count.
