Washington, DC--I guess they looked very nice before they were all broken. It is kind of sad to run into objects looking like this.I always wonder who might have been looking for them.
Well spotted Luis, an interesting shot and one that looks very familiar to me..my glasses have ended up in this state a few times through me sitting on them!!
